Raising of sheep and goats

The company is engaged in the production of meat products. The company was incorporated in February of 2001. The registered head office of the company is located in Tomelloso, Spain. Its products are lamb: channels classified in all categories (kid, sucking, minor sheep and lamb mayor), cutting, subdespiece, trays in modified atmosphere, pre-cooked dishes 5th range, frozen and offal products; veal: veal channels, highland, novillo, cow and bull, cutting, subdespiece, trays in modified atmosphere, pre-cooked dishes 5th range, frozen and offal products; beef and lamb imports: canals, cutting, subdespiece and froze; and pork: channels, cutting, subdespiece, pre-cooked dishes 5th range, products of offal, suckling pigs and piglets. The quality of its products comes through the selection carried out in its own out-of-State certificates, giving rise to a certified highest quality beef and lamb meat. This makes it imperative that it has some rigorous quality controls, both external and internal, in its microbiological laboratory certified under the ISO 9001 standard, which allows the company the flexibility to analyze different shots of samples, both of surfaces and packaged meat. The company has its own slaughterhouse: with an approximate weekly capacity of 14,000 sheep and 300 calves. Its central facilities is located in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real). Which are equipped with line of sacrifice of sheep, line of slaughter beef, cutting and vacuum packed, room of filleted and simmered dishes, cold store and freezing warehouse room embandejado in modified atmosphere.
